Passport Watch
We recommend that applicants in Australia allow eight weeks for their biometric passport to be produced. If you need to travel in an emergency, we can issue a non-biometric passport with limited validity locally, at our discretion and on production of evidence of the need for emergency travel. (Please note that a holiday is not an emergency!)
